1. No Refunds or Returns Policy

At Blaze Ayurveda India, we are committed to providing high-quality Ayurvedic products. Due to the nature of our products, and for hygiene and quality control reasons, **we do not offer refunds or accept returns on any purchased items.** All sales are final.

We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders before completing a purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

2. Addressing Complaints

While we do not offer refunds or returns, your satisfaction is important to us. If you have a legitimate complaint regarding the quality, condition, or discrepancy of a product received, we are here to help.

2.1. How to Submit a Complaint

To submit a complaint, please follow these steps:

  1. **Contact Us Within 48 Hours:** You must notify us of any complaint within **48 hours** of receiving your order. Complaints received after this period may not be entertained.
  2. **Provide Details:** Send an email to our customer support team at support@blazeayurveda.com with the following information:
    • Your Order Number
    • A clear description of the issue/complaint
    • Photographs or videos of the product and packaging, clearly showing the issue (if applicable)
  3. **Do Not Discard Product:** Please retain the product and its original packaging until your complaint has been resolved. We may request further information or the return of the product for inspection.

2.2. Complaint Resolution Process

Upon receiving your complaint, our team will review the information provided. We may contact you for additional details or to arrange for the product to be returned for inspection.

If your complaint is found to be legitimate (e.g., damaged product during transit, wrong item shipped, significant quality defect), we will, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement of the product with an identical or similar item.
  • A store credit for the value of the product.

Please note that the resolution offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis and is subject to our final decision.

3. Exclusions

This complaints policy does not cover issues arising from:
